“Joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth”. St.Luke 15:7.
A great dance performance was going on in a big hall in America. The skilful dancer after dancing, stretched out her right hand and her fans who were standing in a queue kissed her hand one by one.One Godly man entered that hall just to bring the dancer to Christ. He was also standing in the queue along with her fans. When his turn came, he said,”Jesus loves you” and went away without kissing her hand. She was very much hurt and was angry with him.That night, she could not sleep. The sentence he uttered “Jesus loves you”, flashed back again and again. She asked to herself,”How can Jesus love me?”. In the morning, she saw a vision of Jesus on the Cross shedding His Precious Blood and saying “This is how I love you”. Atonce, she surrendered herself to the Lord and wrote ” Just as I am without one plea “.She brought that song to the Church and sang it sweetly. Joy in heaven over one sinner who repents shall be greater than over ninety nine just persons who need no repentance.
“Just as I am without one plea
But that Thy Blood was shed for me
And that Thou bidd’st me come to Thee
O Lamb of God I come “.__ Amen
